Curriculum Vitaes & Bibliographies

The "official department" curriculum vitaes (CVs) and Bibliographies (Bibs) for faculty members are maintained on the M: drive. The format used is very specific in order to be in compliance with UF’s promotion and tenure guidelines. Updates and changes to the CV/Bib should be forwarded to Anita Yeager in the Editorial Office. Please send the original correspondence, program booklet/brochure, journal, or book, which usually contains all the information that is needed to update. The original material will be returned, if requested. If a faculty member wishes to keep his own CV/Bib in a different format, he may do so, but must still send all information to the editorial office so that the department CV/Bib is up-to-date. The department CV/Bib is the official document used for promotion and tenure, accreditation, annual reports, and other departmental/university administrative purposes.
