Medical Student Rotations
Welcome to the University of Florida, Department of Anesthesiology, Fourth Year Medical Student Rotations Web Site. As you can see, there are a variety of rotations available to take with the Department of Anesthesiology here at the University of Florida. Please read them over and feel free to select one or more of the Available Senior Rotations.
Requirements for students applying for an anesthesia clinical elective in ANS E1/E2.
- Copy of transcript (can be a copy)
- Letter of good standing from your school
- Letter of recommendation from one of your faculty
- Picture attached with application
- Written statement of why you are interested in taking an elective with Anesthesiology at the Univ. of FL

that need to be filled out to take the rotation. We require a
copy of your transcript, letter from your institution that you
are in good standing, and a recommendation letter from one of
your faculty, picture with application, and a written statement
of why you are interested in taking an elective with
Anesthesiology at the University of Florida. If you are
requesting this rotation as an externship, that is you're coming
from another university rather than the University of Florida,
the Deans Office can help you find temporary housing. If you
