Problem: Mail to a departmental user is bouncing, but I know the address is correct.

Solution: 1. Open a new message

2. Start typing the name

3. When the name pops down in blue, use your arrow keys to
highlight the incorrect address, then hit the DEL key

4. Repeat until all instances are gone.

5. Use the directory to re-train your auto-complete by invoking the Exchange server directory via the "To:" button.

6. Locate the person (lastname, first OR lastname, first), and click 'To:' to insert into send address.

7: When email is sent this should re-train the auto-complete.
