Groupwise Tips

Question: Last night I was at my second job at the fire house when we had a 2 alarm call. At the time I was working on a long e-mail to my lawyer regarding my mortgage. In my haste I left GroupWise open with the e-mail message displayed. When I came back 3 hours later I found that the computer had rebooted and my message to the lawyer was gone. Can I recover this message that I had started?

Answer: Probably not. Next time close the message you are working on by clicking on the red "X" top right corner of the Mail To: message window. When it asks if you want to save the message click "Yes". The message will be saved in your Work in Progress folder. Now when you return just open your Work in Progress folder and the message you were working on will be there.
