Groupwise Tips
Question: When I opened GroupWise tonight I noticed my
messages are being displayed differently than before and I have lost
all my folders. I haven't changed anything. How can I get my folders
back?
Answer: Actually this was the predicament I found myself in
earlier this evening. All of a sudden the display was different.
Apparently I had inadvertently clicked on something somewhere to
cause the display to change. Fortunately I've been through this
before with other users. One place to check is under the View menu.
Often this will lead to or solve the problem. In the GW opening
mailbox window click on View. Scanning down the list I see "Folder
List". Clicking on this item places a check mark in front of the
menu item and restores the display to my normal view showing my
folders in the left hand column.
