Question: I still can not see the e-mail image of Captain
Kid's lost treasure map which my brother sent. There was no
attachment included. Do you have any more great ideas?
Answer: Check with your brother to see if he sent an
attachment. Far too often attachments do NOT get included with the
message when originally sent.
Second possibility. In GroupWise messages can be displayed as just
text or if in HTLM format as HTLM. After you open the message click
on View. Note there are two options here; plain text and html. If
someone sends you a html message and you have GroupWise view set to
Plain Text you will not see all the colorful text and/or images. The
default for this can be set by clicking on Tools | Options |
Environment | Views. Located at the bottom of the window are 2
options for setting the default views.
